Summary of the 2023 Roundtable
The Baptist Scholars International Roundtable (BSIR) convened for its 18th annual meeting at Christ Church, Oxford on August 6–9, 2023. The 2023 conference theme was "Baptists and Global Mission." Scholars and Fellows from a broad array of disciplines gathered to consider how Baptists around the world have thought about missions and engaged in missionary work. The 2023 Distinguished Fellow, Professor Gerald Pillay, provided important context for our study.
