Registration for new students
Once a student has been offered and accepted a slot in our program, she/he will receive an email with instructions on next steps to take, which are outlined below:
- The student will receive the course projections, and a coursework tracking sheet. She/he will need to choose which language courses will be taken during the summer (German or French), as well as which courses will be taken in the Fall. Please note, any electives taken must carry graduate credit. To confirm they carry graduate credit, the student may check if they are listed in the current Graduate Catalog.
- Contact the Academic and Student Support Associate for the process of setting up a meeting with the Graduate Program Director to discuss course selections.
- An information sheet should be available on the dashboard of the student’s GoBaylor profile with instructions on how to set up a student account, email, etc. For any questions, please contact the Academic and Student Support Associate.
- All official transcripts must be on file, as well as a final official transcript showing the degree conferred (if the student was still in school while applying to the Religion Graduate Studies Program). These items must be sent to the Graduate School before the student can register or be established as a student. More information
